Corruption: Reward system introduced to promote integrity in public sector

Piqued by the high rate of corruption plaguing both the private and public sectors, a Civil Society Organisation, Accountability Lab Nigeria, has introduced what it called Integrity Icon Nigeria (IIN), a reward system to encourage sincerity in Nigeria. An accountability advocacy organization has launched a campaign to award public servants in the health and education sector who are exuding honesty in their work. Accountability Lab Liberia Wants Citizens To Get Involved in Nominating this Year’s Integrity Icon

Accountability Lab Liberia has launched an eight month campaign process that begins with the nominations of public servants across the country through a rigorous vetting process. Accountability Lab Liberia Unveils 2020 Integrity Icons

The Accountability Lab Liberia, a non-profit organization working in the field of active citizenship and good governance has selected five persons from the education, security, health, anti-corruption, and infrastructure development sector as Integrity Icons for 2020.
